"Cemetography" Sale and Exhibition 2009
Cemeteries are not just graves and stones; they are outdoor museums, full of exquisite craftsmanship and talent. Statutes, monuments, headstones, and inscriptions reflect both the beauty and the cultural attitudes towards death of the time that they were created.
Our annual "Cemetography" is one way CRPTjax strives to develop a greater public appreciation for the historical and cultural value cemeteries provide communities.
This collaborative effort encourages amateur and professional photographers to focus attention on the aesthetic beauty of our outdoor museums.
Entry forms are now being accepted to participate. Each artist may exhibit up to 2 items per showing.
